Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Radar House ("we," "us," "our") is a creator-discovery product operated by OVO Talent. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use radarhouse.app and the Radar House product (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. 2. Data we collect
We collect three categories of data:
- Account data — name, email, password hash, and profile preferences you provide on signup or in settings.
- Billing data — handled by Whop. We store only your Whop membership ID, subscription tier, and status. Card numbers never touch our servers.
- Usage data — searches, saved lists, and feature events tied to your account so we can enforce plan limits and improve the product.
We also collect public creator data from third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) via the ScrapeCreators API. This data is about creators, not about you, and is presented for your discovery use only.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the Service
- To enforce the limits of your subscription tier
- To process payments through Whop
- To send transactional email (welcome, trial expiry, payment receipts, security notices)
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the Service through aggregated, de-identified analytics
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your account data to train AI models.
4. Subprocessors
We rely on the following providers to operate the Service. Each is bound by data-processing terms appropriate to its role:
- Vercel — application hosting (US)
- Supabase — database and authentication (US)
- Whop — payment processing (global)
- ScrapeCreators — public creator data API (US)
5. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add product analytics in the future, we will update this policy and offer a way to opt out.
6. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, lists, saved searches, and usage events within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (for example, tax records of payments processed through Whop).
Cached creator data refreshes on a rolling basis and is not tied to any single account.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@radarhouse.app from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
8. International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, you understand that your data is transferred to and processed in the US under standard contractual clauses where required.
9. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest through our database provider, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, email us immediately.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the account.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
