Terms of Service
Effective April 29, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using radarhouse.app and the Radar House product (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by OVO Talent ("we," "us," "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not on any list of sanctioned persons.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at hello@radarhouse.app immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and trials
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Whop.
- New users get a 7-day free trial of the Operator plan. You can cancel before day 8 and pay nothing.
- If you do not cancel during the trial, your subscription begins automatically and your card is charged.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial months.
- Promotional pricing (for example, the OPERATOR97 lifetime rate) applies only while your subscription remains in good standing. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the standard rate applies.
5. Refunds
We offer a 60-day signed-creator guarantee on annual plans: if you do not sign at least one creator within 60 days of subscribing, email us and we will refund the full amount. Outside of that guarantee, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused features.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its data
- Scrape or bulk-export creator data beyond your plan’s export limits
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or contact creators in violation of any applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
- Use the Service to compete with us or to build a competing product
- Share account credentials with anyone outside your team seats
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
7. Creator data
Radar House surfaces public information about creators from third-party platforms. This data is provided as-is for your discovery and outreach use. You are responsible for how you contact creators, including compliance with each platform’s terms of service and applicable anti-spam laws. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any specific creator will respond to outreach.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by OVO Talent. You retain ownership of any data you put into the Service (your lists, saved searches, notes). You grant us a limited license to host and process that data so we can provide the Service to you.
9. Beta features
Some features are labeled beta or preview. Those features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice and are not covered by any service-level commitment.
10. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE.
12. Termination
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal or by emailing us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature survive (Sections 8, 10, 11, 13) continue to apply.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
